PiLON’s management training, a commitment over an eight-month period, is delivered by Simon Thorpe, an experienced Performance Development Coach who works with companies and individuals in the business and sporting arenas. 

The PiLON Leadership Academy
Encapsulates the essential skills of leading people, teams and the organisation to achieve the company’s overall vision.

The PiLON Management Academy
Essential to fulfillment as a manager within the organisation, enabling experience-based learning, completion of work-based assignments, discussion and implementation with senior managers.

The PiLON Foundation Academy
Aimed at key workers and non-managers, comprising five modules over a five-month period. This course is a requirement to achieve manager level.
