PiLON has in its awards portofolio the Investors in People distinction and lately has been awarded as Specialists Awards Finalist on the Training Category.
PiLON has opened at the begining of 2011 an Innovation, Training and Vetting Centre in Wembley, North London. The centre will be used for testing skills of PiLON’s new operatives and Health & Safety training before they go on site. PiLON already has a substantial training programme in place for all its personnel, and the company wanted to ensure that the right standards are reached by all its 400-plus operatives. An important part of the centre is a workshop where practical skills such as plumbing, carpentry and plastering will be practiced.
