94.5% Staff Satisfaction among PiLON
We are proud to announce that we have a very high percentage of staff satisfaction.
The annual survey organised by the Human Resources department says 94.5% of our staff are satisfied or very satisfied, which is 4.5% more than in the summer of 2009.
The survey was voluntary and 261 participants answered 17 questions.
90.2% of respondents consider that there are enough possibilities for professional development or advancement within the company
97.3% consider working conditions as excellent or very good
96.3% believe that those who lead them directly are very good or good in their roles
91.5% believe that the work-reward balance is very fair, 94.8% are satisfied with the teamwork within the company
96.7% said they took part in training programmes offered by PiLON
89.4% would recommend the company to a friend
83.8 % are hoping for long-term careers inside the company
