Jan started working in London as an unskilled worker. With a great capacity to learn he managed in a very short period of time to build the wide knowledge of the construction industry that he needed to in order to progress to the position of Contracts Manager. Using his outstanding negotiation, communication and organization skills he achieved great success for the company, becoming at the beginning of this year the North Pillar Divisional Manager.
